Logan Lakers participate in a summer (end of April to mid-July) recreational league which includes ten teams from Kamloops to Salmon Arm, possibly Revelstoke. Games are played on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning at 10:00 a.m. We play two seven-inning games with a short lunch break between games. Play is usually completed by 1:00 p.m. Season play begins with a friendly IceBreaker Tournament and end with a similar tournament in mid-July. During the season, teams field 10 or 11 players each game. We usually have a bigger roster than that due to summer traveling or other commitments. Insurance is provided by SPN for all team games. Players should be: women over 50, men over 55. We welcome anyone who wants some exercise, friendly play, and getting back to the old ball field! For more information contact Donna at 523-2488 or Joan at 523-2346
