Cemetery
Logan Lake has one cemetery named Whispering Pines Cemetery. For access to the cemetery from Highway 97D, turn onto Chartrand Avenue by the PetroCan station; take the first left past the IDA Pharmacy onto Ard Righ Road; take the first left onto Cemetery Road and follow it to the end -- the cemetery.
Administration and Visiting Hours
Administration of the cemetery is conducted by District staff at the Municipal Office, #1 Opal Drive and office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, excluding statutory holidays. The cemetery is open seven days a week.
Cemetery Bylaw and Regulations
In British Columbia, cemeteries are strictly regulated by the Cremation, Interment and Funeral Services Act and the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
The District's Whispering Pines Cemetery Bylaw provides procedures and processes for the following:
