Bylaws

The District of Logan Lake bylaws are created under the direction of Council pursuant to guidelines outlined in the Community Charter and Local Government Act, to ensure good governance in our community.  The bylaws are interpreted and administered by various District staff, with Mr. Rod Wilkins as the designate Bylaw Enforcement/Animal Control Officer.

Bylaw Complaint Process

In order to assist staff in receiving, investigating and acting on an alleged bylaw violation, you are required to submit a written and signed "Complaint Form" to the District office.  Please note that the complaint investigation will not be initiated, nor acted on until a completed form is received by staff at the District office.


Complaint forms are available from the Municipal Hall, #1 Opal Drive or below.
