Building Permits

If you are planning to build on your property, please contact the Thompson-Nicola Regional District at 1-877-377-8673 and ask to speak with someone in the Building Department.

The Building Inspector is in Logan Lake at the Municipal office, #1 Opal Drive on Thursdays from 9:30 am - 11:00 am and appointments are not necessary.  If you are currently building and you wish to book an inspection, please contact the Thompson-Nicola Regional District, Building Department directly at the information provided above.
