The Community Centre is located at 31 Chartrand Avenue and also houses the Logan Lake Wellness, Health and Youth Society (WHY).
Our Recreation Centre is the centre of activity for the community and includes an ice arena, curling rink, and weight room. The Recreation Centre can be found in the centre of Logan Lake just a short walking distance to our downtown commercial area where a variety of stores and shops are located. The Recreation Centre is CLOSED for the Summer and will re-open in September 2010. Winter:
Fitness Room
The 800 square foot Fitness Room in the Recreation Centre is operated by the Logan Lake Athletic Club and consists of free weights, universal machines and cardiovascular equipment. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. 7 days per week. For more information contact Dave Grey at (250) 523-6493.

Recreation Centre User Fees and Booking Policy
A. Use after Regular Posted Hours Where any booking runs past regular seasonal posted operating hours an additional fee of $25.00 per hour in addition to regular rate, will be charged in order to help offset employee overtime costs.
B. Arena With Ice Per Hour
Monday - Friday 6 AM to 3 PM
Monday - Friday plus Weekends 3PM to Closing
C. Curling Rink with Ice - Winter Schedule
D. Arena with No Ice - Summer Schedule
* Should the arena be closed during the summer months (April 1 to August 31).

I. Clean Up and Damage Deposit
For special events a deposit of up to $1000.00 may be required. Where Recreation Centre staff are required to clean up a facility following any event, or damage has occurred, a portion of the deposit shall be retained. Where no damage or cleanup is required following an event, the full deposit shall be returned.
Where more damage has been sustained than the deposit covers the additional cost of damage shall be billed to the user
J. Non-Profit / Charitable Users
Local Clubs and Organizations requesting non-profit charitable rates for use of the Recreation Centre shall be required to provide a preliminary budget for their event along with their request for use of the Recreation Centre, and a final Financial Statement outlining all receipts and disbursements for the event immediately following the event. Non-profit charitable rates will only be offered for events which are held for community benefit.
K. Long Term Contracts
Council shall have the right to negotiate separate contracts for longer term uses of Recreation Centre facilities.
L. Liability Insurance
An additional premium (as per Sport BC Insurance Agencies Ltd. User Group Rating Schedule) shall be added to each rental rate (excluding public skating) at the time of booking for each user who does not present proof of liability insurance at the time of booking for liability insurance coverage.
