PUBLIC WORKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
The primary role of the Public Works and Recreation Department is to provide a high level of services to the residents of our community in conjunction with ensuring, the sustainability of the Districts assets and infrastructure for the future. It is our departments mandate to ensure a high quality of life for residents and visitors within the District of Logan Lake while providing timely and efficient services. Our team conducts cost effective and well planned operational and maintenance activities for utilities, roads, solid waste collection, parks, and facilities including the Districts Municipal Campground and Cemetery. Further, our department will ensure compliance with environmental regulations while promoting public health as well as personal safety for our team members.
Whether we are out ploughing snow, rebuilding infrastructure, improving parks or collecting solid waste, our team strives to provide the highest level of timely and efficient public service for our community as we take pride and stand behind our delivery of work.

Facility business hours are Monday - Friday, except holidays from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
