The Campfire Ban effective Noon, July 26, 2018 in the District of Logan Lake is the result of the fire rating reaching 'moderate' or 'extreme' in areas. These ratings will likely increase this week.
The Ban will be in effect until further notice.
Portable campfire apparatus with CSA or ULC rating is permitted providing the height of the flame is less than 15 centimeters (5 inches).
Residents and visitors are strongly encouraged to be vigilant in reducing the risk of fire within town, and in the backcountry.
