Please note that the District of Logan Lake's Solid Waste Collection Bylaw No. 646 states:

"That all regulation garbage receptacles shall at all times be kept in good and sanitary condition."

This Bylaw is in place to protect the solid waste collector from possible exposure from hazardous dust and/or materials.  Worker's Compensation Board (WCB) requires the District of Logan Lake protect staff members from potential hazards.

For these reasons District of Logan Lake Solid Waste Collectors are not required to empty solid waste receptacles (cans) that contain loose solid waste.

Solid Waste should be at curbside by 7:00 a.m. on the morning of pickup.

There is a recycling container for blue bag recyclables and glass ONLY inside the Public Works Yard, available for residents' use from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm until further notice.
