Building Permits

If you are planning to build on your property, please contact the Municipal Office  to find out if you require a building permit.  You can also contact the Thompson-Nicola Regional District at 1-877-377-8673 and ask to speak with someone in the Building Department regarding any questions.

The Building Inspector is in Logan Lake on Thursdays from 9:30 am - 11:00 am.  Please call or visit the office, 523-6225, during these hours.  Appointments are not necessary.  If you are currently building and you wish to book an inspection, please contact the Thompson-Nicola Regional District.
